How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iPhone Settings app › your name › Subscriptions › Paperwell › Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal and you won't be charged again.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose the purchase and select "Request a refund".

Where are my scans stored?

On your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded unless you turn on Save copies to iCloud Drive, which puts a PDF of each scan in your own iCloud Drive.

I got a new iPhone. Where are my scans?

Scans move with your iPhone backup or Quick Start transfer. If you turned on iCloud Drive copies, the PDFs are also in Files › iCloud Drive › Paperwell.
